Pineapple pradhaman

Pineapple 1,Deskinned,cubed,crushed in a grinder.
Jaggery 400gm,melted to syrup,coconut milk thin 3cups,thick milk 1cup,
condensed milk 1/2 tin,cardamom powder 2tspn,dried ginger powder 1tspn.
Ghee 1/3cup,cashew nuts 15,halved,raisins 2tspn,both ghee fried,keep it aside.
Add pineapple to the wok,saute,till the pineapple is cooked well.Add melted
jaggery,saute,till the mix thickens,add thin milk,allow to cook,when thickens,
add thick milk,condensed milk,reduce flame,allow to bubble.Add cardamom
powder,mix well.Transfer to serving bowl,garnish with cashewnuts and raisins.
Serve with pappad.
