Meen chuvanna peera

Fish fillets 300gm,onion small 1,chopped,ginger 2inch pc,chopped,garlic cloves 4,chopped,
green chilly 1,sliced,curry leaf 1 sprig,turmeric powder 1/3tspn,gamboge 2 cloves.

Except fish,add all the ingredients in enough water,allow to boil.
Salt to taste,chilly powder 1tspn.At rolling boiling point add fish,chilly powder and salt.
Allow to cook in low flame.
Finely grated coconut 1cup,fenugreek powder 1/3 tspn.When cooked add coconut and fenugreek.
Toss the mixture,add 2tspn coconut oil,toss again to combine well.
