Lemon rice

Basmathi rice 2cups,cooked in 4 cups water,with salt to taste
Lemon juice 3tblspn,urd dal 1tblspn,dried red chilly 1,green chilly 1,
cut into rings,ginger 1inch pc,finely chopped,turmeric powder 1/3tspn,
curry leaf 1 sprig.
Heat oil,drop in red chilly, curry leaf,urd dal,saute till urd dal is golden
brown,add ginger ,green chilly,saute till aroma spreads,add turmeric powder
mix,simmer flame,add rice,lemon juice,combine well,adjust salt,transfer to
a serving bowl.
Nice for take away food packets.
