Kallummekkaya roast(Mussels roast)

Mussels 1kg,cleaned,boiled,and deshelled.
Onion 1,sliced,ginger 2inch pc,sliced thinly,garlic 6cloves,sliced thinly,
green chilly 3,slited,curry leaf 1 sprig,tomato 2,sliced.
Cooking oil 2tblspn,cinnamon stick 2inch,broken into bits,fennel seeds 1/4tspn,
pepper powder 1/2tspn,chilly powder 1/2tspn,garam masala 1/4tspn.,turmeric
powder 1/2tspn,sprig onion 1stalk,salt to taste,cilantro little.
Heat oil in a shallow pan,drop in cinnamon,fennel seeds, curry leaves,onion,
saute till onion is translucent,add
ginger,garlic,green chilly,saute,add spring onion, tomato,saute till cooked,simmer flame,
add curry powders,mix well,add cooked mussels,combine well,allow to remain for 3-5
minutes.Garnish with cilantro.
