Vegetable pilaf

Basmathi rice 2 cups cooked
Cauliflower,carrot,mushroom sliced 1 cup each
capsicum red and green cubed 1/3 cup each
Beans,onion chopped 1/2 cup each
lemon juice 2 tblspn,tomato sauce 1 tblspn
Black pepper powder 1 tspn,turmeric powder 1/2 tspn,ginger garlic paste 1 tblspn,
cilantro chopped 1/4 cup,cooking oil 2 tblspn
Heat oil in a wok.Add onion ,saute for 2 minutes.Add ginger garlic paste,saute for 1 min.Add turmeric powder,salt followed by carrot,cauliflower,beans,mushroom and capsicum.When cooked
add pepper powder ,lemon juice,tomato sauce ,mix,add cooked rice,mix thoroughly with cilantro.
Remove to serving bowl,decorate with more cilantro.
