Tapioca fish mix (kappa meen kuzhachathu)

This is a delicious dish of Southern Kerala. For non vegetarians tapioca and fish curry
is always mouth watering. This can be made in a single pot.
Tapioca (cassava) cut into pieces 500gm
Cook the tapioca with turmeric and salt in more water to drain out well.
Mash the cooked tapioca and keep aside.
For fish mix
Fish fillets 500gm
Onion chopped 1/2 cup
Green chilly crushed 5,ginger garlic paste 2 tsp., turmeric powder a pinch, cumin powder 1/2 tsp., grated coconut 1/2 cup, curry leaf and salt as required
Cook fish and other ingredients in a wok with enough water mix well and add mashed tapioca,
mix well, to get a uniform fish tapioca mix.
