Konju vendakkatheeyal (Prawn curry with Okra)

Cleaned prawns 1 cup
Okra (ladys finger) rings 1 cup
Onion sliced 1/4 cup,cilantro chopped 1 tblspn,fenugreek powder a pinch,
Green chilly sliced 2,curry leaves 1 sprig,salt to taste,cooking oil 2 tblspn
Theeyal mix -  grated coconut 1 cup,chilly powder 1 tspn,coriander powder 1 tspn,
                         turmeric powder 1/4 tspn,tamarind seedless a gooseberry size or 1 tspn
                         tamarind juice,and salt to taste.Stirfry coconut till brown,simmer flame ,add other
                         ingredients,mix well,off flame ,keep it a while and grind well.
        Heat oil in a pan,saute onion,green chilly,curry leaves and okra till half cooked.Add prawns
stir well till colour changes .Add salt and enough water to just cook.Add theeyal mix adjust water to get a thick consistency.Add fenugreek powder mix well.Garnish with chopped cilantro.                                   
   My daughter's friend Limi referred this dish,once prepared I fall in love with it.It's yummy.
