Chicken rice

This is a healthy dish without cooking oil.
Whole chicken cut into pieces 1 (1.25 kg)
Basumathi rice  4 cups
Onion sliced 2 cups
green chilly 3
Cilantro chopped 1/2 cup
To marinate
ginger garlic paste 11/2 tblspn
Tumeric powder 1 tspn,pepper powder 2 tspn,coriander powder 2 tspn,chilly powder 1 tspn
lemon juice 3 tblspn,salt as required
Garam masala cinnamon stick 3 inch broken into bits,star anise 1,cardamom 2,cloves 4
fennel seeds 1 tspn,mace a bit
Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste and spices,lemon juice and salt and keep for 4 hrs.Cook rice in 8 cups water and spread to cool.
Heat a wok ,dry fry garam masala.When aroma comes out add chicken , all other ingredients
and cook well.Adjust salt mix rice and garnish with little cilantro.
